How - Engagement Options
So, you have chosen to advance your Productivity Journey.
You have read other course materials in conjunction with the Productivity Journey and are ready to implement the processes, strategies, and changes to improve your company’s productivity. You are also aware that there are real risks in attempting a Productivity Journey jump that is 'too far, too fast.' But you know it is important and vital that you do not revert once you start.
The Engagement Dilemma
This lesson will assist you to determine who you want engaged with your Productivity Journey and how you want them to be engaged. The prerequisite to being on a Productivity Journey jump is that you need to further understand the problem, the approach and solution, the possible negative side effects, and the potential obstacles or risks in making changes.
With internal-led journeys, such as do-it-yourself installs, there is the option to do it completely by yourself, or the variants of engaging in group participation or getting access and following a set of online content support.
There is also the less risky option of engaging with a WiseService Partner (WSP) to enhance your Productivity Journey and wish to have a richer and more useful conversation.
For each engagement option, there are, of course, pros and cons (strengths and weaknesses). There's price, speed, completeness, and risk to consider.
This lesson explains the options available to you in taking your next step:
- DIY Questionnaire
- WiseService Partner / Consultant
By answering the following questions:
- How Will Risks Be Mitigated?
- Who Will Clear the Prerequisites?
- Who Will Do The Implementation?
And ultimately:
- Which Health Check Format Should I Use?
- Productivity Lunch
- Fluency Portal
- WiseService Partner
As you work through each of the options and topics above, you will gain more understanding, and a preference for which engagement option best suits your needs.
